The current custodian of The Neil Lewis Stuart Archive, is The Friends Archivist, Steven Ridd, a former Working Group member of The Friends (2003-2007), and continuing resident of Katoomba Falls Creek Valley in Katoomba since 2001.

Steven has been responsible for leading the Archive’s Re-sort Project (2018-2023) and since 2025 is also handling the Archive Digitising Project, and is the Webmaster of this website.

It is this website that will serve to be the Internet version of the Digitised Archive, which is being steadily rolled out in an ongoing process.  The Physical Archive version is currently (in 2025) held in secure and dry dedicated storage facility still within the Blue Mountains region.  We hope to relocate it complete and intact to a specialised research institution over the next few years.

In the meantime, public access to this Physical Archive version is not available.  When public access becomes available, that notice will be made clearly available on this website under the top main menu ‘NEWS‘ heading.

Former members of The Friends are welcome to obtain special supervised access by prior arrangement.
