(1)  Throughout the various sections of this the Friends of Katoomba Falls Creek Valley website, there are references to the home address of members of The Friends (past and present).  The website is designed to protect the privacy of the members of the organisation.  Also, there are many illustrations on the website.  The website acknowledges, where appropriate, the source of the illustration, when the illustration is not a part of The Friend’s archive.

All copyright, privacy, and research requests must be adhered to prior to the use of the website. The website provides a ‘click-on’ device that asks researchers to confirm that they have read, understood, and confirm that they abide by all Conditions of Use of this website.
