Conditions of Use

(1)   This website is not-for-profit and is entitled The Friends of Katoomba Falls Creek Valley website.  For convenience the full name is abbreviated as The Friends Website throughout this website.  The website’s Internet domain is friendsofkatoombafallscreekvalley.org

(2)  The Friends Website serves as a convenient online and public despository duplication of ‘The Neil Lewis Stuart Archive’ being the original physical version of the archival record set of The Friends.

(3)  All archival content desposited and published on this website is available to the general public for the purposes of private reading, personal study and private research only.

(4)  Individual access by members of the public is permitted to any/all the archival content and is strictly governed by the TERMS of this archive, which include these Conditions of Use.

(5)   The archival content is considerable in volume and so has been sorted by Topic Groupings and listed under the following top three menu headings:

• Archive Part 2
• Archive Part 3

Below these three menu headers is listed the archival content in a dichotomous hierarchical stucture with respective hyperlinks to digital versions the actual archival documents, that have been scanned into Adobe JPG format.  These documents my be downloaded, stored and printed freely, however for private use only.

 

(6)  It is a condition of the use of the archival content of this website that for any use of the archival content (research, media use, academic papers, governmental use, or any other use) that express written permission must be first sort and obtained directly from The Friend’s Archivist, who can be contacted by email via:  https://friendsofkatoombafallscreekvalley.org/contact-us/

In doing so, The Friend’s Archivist, will likely require a written outline of the nature and focus of that particular research and how the archival content is intended to be used.
