The Habitat Advocate holds, as copyright owner of this website and of all the archival content, maintains a strict Anti-Artificial Intelligence (Anti-AI) Policy which applies to any external access to this website.

(1)  The Habitat Advocate has a Anti-AI Policy to especially:

(A) Prohibit any Artificial Intelligence (AI) access to this website;

(B) Prohibit any pirating/stealing of any archival content, explanatory webpage content or metadata of this website.

(2)  Artificial Intelligence technology is strickly prohibited access to this website and is unauthorised in every respect – such as ‘scraping’ and harvesting content, stealing the content, republishing the content on AI models.

(3)  Only individuals may accesss this website for their private purposes.  No ‘big tech’, no corporation, no organisation, no government department or agency is permitted access to this website.

(4)  The Habitat Advocate continues to proactively undertake defensive countercyber technical evasive tactics to prevent AI access this website – the likes of the increasing recent advent of AI systems – such as, Large Language Models Bot Scrapers, copy-pasting to ‘deepfakes’, et al.

We are exploring software development in this regard to prevent AI systems from learning from any of our content – text, images, photos, maps, etc, better still, to make all website content unreadable to the AI model bots whilst still be readable to real human individual readers.  Such defensive steps include watermarking archival content.
